…in it by ensuring that “every single person who signed the agreement [that set up the Free Church of Scotland] was represented in a proper portrait rather than just a blob in the crowd” according to Carol Jacobi at Tate Britain in a piece in today’s @standardnews. Hill was ahead of his time. Interesting to see the words disruption and individuality linked as these have resonance in other organisational contexts. I feel sure that the success of disruption in any market is linked to the disrupter’s ability to focus on individual needs.
